Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir: "Magnētiskās rezonanses protokols pie muskuloskeletālās sistēmas audzējiem un audzējiem līdzīgiem veidojumiem". Bakalaura darba tēmas aktualitāte balstās uz to, ka lai arī muskuloskeletālās sistēmas audzēji statistiski uz kopējā onkoloģisko saslimšanu skaita fona nav bieži izplatīti, tomēr kvalitatīva to diagnostika ir neatņemama pacientu ārstniecības procesa sastāvdaļa ar mērķi uzlabot pacientu dzīves kvalitāti un dzīvildzi. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumos pielietotos protokolus pie muskuloskeletālās sistēmas audzējiem un audzējiem līdzīgiem veidojumiem. The topicality of the bachelor thesis is based on the fact that although tumors of the musculoskeletal system are not statistically common against the whole background of the total number of oncological diseases - high-quality diagnostic process is an integral part of the patient's treatment process with the aim of improving the longevity and quality of patients life. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out what protocols are used in magnetic resonance imaging of tumors and tumor-like lesions of the musculoskeletal system. The tasks of the research are to analyze the literature on the structure and functions of the musculoskeletal system, to analyze the literature on musculoskeletal system tumors and tumor-like lesions and their classification, to analyze the literature on tactics of magnetic resonance imaging for the musculoskeletal system, to analyze the literature on magnetic resonance imaging standards, to draw conclusions about the magnetic resonance imaging protocols described in the literature and to compare them with those used in the clinical practice. Hypothesis - The protocol of magnetic resonance imaging for musculoskeletal tumors and tumor-like formations is optimized according to the clinical aim. Research methods - comparative analysis and content analysis.
