The subject of the Master's Work “Music and Its Impact on the Operations Team Members of the operating room.” The goal of the Masters job is to explore the impact of music on members of the Operating room team. The theoretical part of the work analysed the promotion of Jane Watson's nusing theory of Caring for people in the operating room, which places great emphasis on respect for concepts, mutual understanding and the other sister theory, which the author of the work included in her work on cooperation with members of the operatating room team is the I.King theory of Goal Attainment Research questions: How important does music play in the operating room, can the music affect the members of the operating room team during surgeries? How does music work on members of the operating room team when it sounds quiet, when it is in a moderate volume and when the music is too loud, does the music in those moments influence the focus on the task? The study method was chosen for a qualitative study method, with observation protocol and semi-structured interviews. In total, 22 respondentie were interviewed, of which 5 were anesthesiologists-reanimatalogi, 7 surgeons and 10 surgery nurses. When compiling the results obtained during the study, it is concluded that the music has a positive impact on the members of the operating room team during operations, that the music is present in the operations room and that much depends on the overall noise level of the operations room. Music as a background sound does not interfere with the collaboration between members of the operating room team during operations. Keywords: Music, Operating Room, Operating roo team members, team.
