Homeopātija ir specifiska alternatīvās medicīnas ārstniecības metode, par kuras efektivitāti sabiedrībā un veselības aprūpes speciālistu vidū ir vērojama polarizēta attieksme. No materiālisma viedokļa šai alternatīvās ārstniecības metodei nav racionālu pierādījumu varbūtējai efektivitātei. Arī zinātniskajā literatūrā klīnisko pētījumu informācija par šīs terapijas efektivitāti liecina, ka tā ir vienāda ar placebo efektu, tomēr ir virkne ārstu un pacientu, kuri šai metodei atrod skaidrojumu un praktisko pielietojumu. Bakalaura darbā sniegti aptiekas apmeklētāju aptaujas rezultāti par homeopātisko līdzekļu efektivitātes subjektīvo vērtējumu un izanalizēti dati, kurus aptiekā piedāvātos homeopātiskos medikamentus lietotāji biežāk izvēlas iegādāties. Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka vispieprasītākie homeopātiskie preparāti ir Aflubin tabletes vai pilieni, Oscillococcinum zirnīši, Homeovox tabletes. Homeopathy is a specific method of alternative medicine treatment, the effectiveness of which is polarized in society and among health care professionals. From a materialistic point of view, there is no rational evidence for the possible effectiveness of this alternative treatment method. Also in the scientific literature, information from clinical trials on the efficacy of this treatment suggests that it is equivalent to the placebo effect, however, there are a number of physicians and patients who find an explanation and practical application of this method. The bachelor's thesis presents the results of a survey of pharmacy visitors on the subjective evaluation of the effectiveness of homeopathic remedies and analyzes the data that users choose to buy homeopathic medicines more often. The study found that the most popular homeopathic remedies are Aflubin tablets or drops, Oscillococcinum peas, Homeovox tablets. It has been observed that most of the respondents are unable to distinguish homeopathy from phytotherapy.
