Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma- „Māsu darba organizācija operāciju blokā perioperatīvā periodā”. Operāciju māsu profesija ir saistīta ar lielu atbildību, tāpēc prasa lielu emocionālo stabilitāti, kā arī fizisko izturību, jo operācijas dažkārt var ilgt vairākas stundas, un operāciju māsa visu šo laiku ir uz kājām, viņai jābūt aktīvai un jāpalīdz ārstam operācijā. Lai sasniegtu pilnvērtīgu un kvalitatīvu darba procesu ir vajadzīga pareiza darba organizācija. Tika izvirzīts pētījuma mērķis – noskaidrot māsu darba organizācijas operāciju blokā perioperatīvā periodā ietekmi uz operācijas laiku. Autore noformulēja pētījuma hipotēzi –māsu darba organizācija operāciju blokā perioperatīvā periodā ietekmē operācijas laiku. Pētījuma hipotēze ir apstiprināta. Bakalaura darba autore izvēlējās kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi – anketēšana. Anketa sastāv no 21 jautājumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 respondenti. Darbs sastāv no 40 lpp., 5 sadaļām, 3 pielikumiem.

The theme of the bachelor – “Organization of nursing work in the operating room during the perioperative period”. The profession of operating room nurse involves a great deal of responsibility and therefore requires a great deal of emotional stability as well as physical endurance, as operations can sometimes take several hours and the operating room nurse is on her feet all this time, she must be active and help the doctor with the operation. In order to achieve a full and high-quality work process, proper work organization is required. The research aim was brought forward –to find out the impact of the nursing work organization in the operation unit during the perioperative period on the operation time. The author defined the hypothesis of the research – the organization of nursing work in the operating room during the perioperative period affects the time of the operation. Hypothesis of the research has been approved. The author of bachelor work chose a quantitative research method – questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 21 questions.100 respondents participated in the study. The work consists of 40 pages, 5 sections and 3appendices.
