Riska faktori māsas darbā, aprūpējot Covid-19 pacientus stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Riska faktori māsas darbā, aprūpējot Covid-19 pacientus stacionārā”. Pētījuma izvēle tika balstīta uz to, ka māsas, kuras strādā Covid-19 stacionāros, ir pakļautas dažāda veida riskiem. To mazināšanai ir būtiski noskaidrot riska faktorus, kuri tos ietekmē. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot riska faktorus māsas darbā, aprūpējot Covid-19 pacientus stacionārā. Pētījuma uzdevums: Kādi ir riska faktori māsu darbā, aprūpējot Covid-19 pacientus stacionārā? Darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām un 6 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras avotiem un 3 pielikumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 10 respondenti. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā metode – daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījums tika veikts Rīgas x stacionārā, laika posmā no 11.04.2022 – 24.04.2022. Pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, bakalaura darba mērķis - noskaidrot riska faktorus māsas darbā, aprūpējot Covid-19 pacientus stacionārā – ir sasniegts. Māsas darbā pastāv vairāki riska faktori, bet par būtiskākajiem tiek uzskatīti psihosociālie un bioloģiskie riska faktori. Atslēgas vārdi: riska faktori, māsas darbs, Covid-19, aprūpe.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Risk factors in nursing care for Covid-19 patients in hospital". The choice of study was based on the fact that nurses working in Covid-19 hospitals are exposed to different types of risks. To reduce them, it is important to identify the risk factors that affect them. The aim of the study was to find out the risk factors in nursing care for Covid-19 patients in hospital. Objective of the study: What are the risk factors for nursing in the care of Covid-19 inpatients? The work consists of 5 chapters and 6 subsections, conclusions, used literature sources and 3 appendicies. 10 respondents participated in the study. The study used a qualitative method - a semi-structured interview. The research was performed in Riga x hospital, in the period from 11.04.2022 - 24.04.2022. Based on the results of the study, the goal of the bachelor's thesis - to find out the risk factors in the work of a nurse in caring for Covid-19 patients in hospital - has been achieved. There are several risk factors in the work of a nurse, but the most important are psychosocial and biological risks factors. Keywords: risk factors, in nursing care, Covid-19, care.
