Bakalaura darbā „Māsu drošības pasākumi darbā ar ķīmijterapijas preparātiem” pētīta māsu izpratne par drošības pasākumiem, potenciāliem veselības riskiem darbā ar ķīmijterapijas preparātiem (turpmāk - ĶTP). Darba teorētiskā daļa tiek izvērtēta: B.Ņūmens teorijas pielietojums māsu darbā ar ĶTP drošības pasākumu kontekstā, ĶTP raksturojums un māsu veselības riski darbā ar ĶTP. Zinātnes literatūrās pamatā izstrādāts pētījuma instruments - jautājumi, hematoloģijas/ķīmijterapijas nodaļās māsu intervēšanai. Rezultāti: Māsas lielāka mērā ir iepazīstināti par drošības pasākumiem darbā ar ĶTP un apzināti to ievēro. Drošības uzlabošanas ietekmējoši faktori: regulāra instruktāža, apziņa, zināšanu un prasmju pilnveide. Darba apjoms 40. lpp. bez pielikumiem un kopā 50. lpp. ar pielikumiem. The bachelor's thesis “Safety measures for nurses when working with chemotherapeutic agents” examines nurses' understanding of safety measures and potential health risks when working with chemotherapeutic agents (CTA). Theoretical part of the work analyses B. Neuman application of theory in the work of nurses with (CTA) in the context of security measures, (CTA) characteristics and health risks of nurses working with (CTA). Based on scientific literature, a research tool (questions) has been developed for interviewing nurses in the departments of hematology/chemotherapy. Results: Nurses to a greater extent are aware of safety measures when working with (CTA) and deliberately adhere to them. Factors influencing security improvement: regular briefing, development of awareness, knowledge, and skills. Scope of work: 42 pp. without attachments and 49 pp. total with attachments.
