Bakalaura darba tēma: “Pacientu drošības riski internā nodaļā” ir aktuāla un būtiska ne tikai pacientam, viņa ģimenei vai stacionāram, bet visai sabiedrībai kopumā. Bakalaura darba mērķis – izpētīt un noskaidrot pacientu drošības riskus, kā arī māsas kompetenci aprūpējot pacientus internā nodaļā. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai tika izzinātas trīs māszinību teorijas; izstrādāta intervija, kā arī veikts pētījums. Balsoties uz apkopoto informāciju un pētījumu, izdarīti secinājumi. Pētījuma jautājums - Kāda ir māsu loma pacientu drošības risku identificēšanā un kā teorētiskās atziņas palīdz novērst identificētos riskus? Pētījums apliecināja, pacientu drošības risku dažādību un atkarību no vairākiem faktoriem, kā arī māsu loma pacientu drošības risku identificēšanā un minimizēšanā. The topic of the bachelor's thesis: "Patient safety risks in the intern department" is relevant and important not only for the patient, his family or hospital, but for the society in general. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study and find out the safety risks of patients, as well as the competence of the nurse in caring for patients in the intern department. In order to achieve the set goal, three theories of nursing were explored; an interview took place and a study was conducted. Based on the information gathered and the study conducted, conclusions have been drawn. Research question - What is the role of nurses in identifying patient safety risks and how do the theoretical findings help to address the identified risks? The study confirmed the diversity and dependence of patient safety risks on multiple factors, as well as the role of nurses in identifying and minimizing patient safety risks.
