Tēma “Māsu viedoklis par multiplās sklerozes pacientu līdzestību aprūpes procesā”. Aktualitāte ‒ pieaugošais līdzestības nozīmīgums, kā neatņemama veselības aprūpes sastāvdaļa. Nelīdzestība nedod vēlamos atveseļošanās rezultātus. Mērķis ‒ noskaidrot māsu viedokli par multiplās sklerozes (MS) pacientu līdzestību aprūpes procesā. Pētījuma uzdevumi ‒ analizēt literatūru saistībā ar MS pacientu līdzestību, Kalistas Rojas adaptācijas māszinību teorijas modeli, respondentu viedokļus, izdarīt secinājumus, izvirzīt ieteikumus. Pētījuma jautājums ‒ kāds ir māsu viedoklis par MS pacientu līdzestību aprūpes procesā? Iegūtie dati apkopoti un analizēti ar kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi, veikta kontentanalīze. Pētījuma instrumenti ‒ zinātniskā literatūra par līdzestību, daļēji strukturētas intervijas jautājumi. Intervētas 8 MS pacientu aprūpē iesaistītās māsas. Pētījumā secināts, ka māsām nav viennozīmīga viedokļa par jēdzienu līdzestība, bet iezīmējas, ka līdzestība ir pacienta izrādīta rīcība, apņēmība piedalīties terapijā, izpratne un ieinteresētība, aktīva līdzdalība, griba un vēlme līdzsadarboties, pie kam māsas ieņem nozīmīgu lomu aprūpes procesā. The aim is to find out the opinion of nurses about the compliance of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) in the care process. Tasks of the research ‒ to analyze the literature related to the compliance of MS patients, the Roy's adaptation model of nursing, the opinions of the respondents, to draw conclusions, to make recommendations. Research question ‒ what is the opinion of nurses about the adherence of MS patients in the care process? The obtained data were summarized and analysed with a qualitative research method, content analysis was performed. Research tools ‒ scientific literature on adherence, semi-structured interview questions. Eight nurses were interviewed involved in the care of MS patients. The study concludes that nurses do not have a common concept of compliance, but it appears that co-operation is a patient's commitment to therapy, awareness and interest, active participation, willingness and willingness to co-operate, as well as nurses play an important role in the care process.
