Abstract
Darba mērķis: noskaidrot i/v porta katetra aprūpes problēmas ķīmijterapijas pacientiem. Pētniecības jautājums: kādas ir aprūpes problēmas ķīmijterapijas pacientiem ar i/v porta katetru? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā. Pētniecības instruments: daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma rezultātā izdarīti galvenie secinājumi, ka māsām nav vienotas vadlīnijas i/v porta aprūpē un ka māsām ir nepieciešamas apmācības par i/v porta apŗūpi. Atslēgvārdi: i/v porta katetrs, porta implantācija, ķīmijterapija, porta skalošana, heparinizācija, komplikācijas.
The subject of bachelor's work is “Intravenous port catheter care problems for chemo therapy patients.” Patients with i/v port catheters are becoming more and more likely to meet such patients not only in chemotherapy but also in other sections of the profile. Job objective: find out i/v port catheter care problems for chemotherapy patients. Research question: what are the care problems for chemotherapy patients with i/v port catheter? Research method: qualitative. Research instrument: semi-structured interview. The study leads to the main findings that nurses do not have uniform guidelines in the care of the i/v port and that nurses need training on the i/v port product. Keywords: i/v port catheter, port implantation, chemotherapy, port flush, heparinisation, complications.
