Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka tiek izmantoti visi rīcībpolitikas instrumenti neatkarīgi no dažādajām perspektīvām, kādas valstis pielieto dezinformatīva satura ierobežošanā laika posmā. Tika secināts, ka valstīs nepieciešams ieviest visaptverošas stratēģijas dezinformācijas ierobežošanai. The theme of bachelor thesis is “Countering Disinformation: Case Studies of the Baltic States and Poland”. Within the framework of the work, countermeasures of disinformation disseminated by Russia at the national level in the Baltic States and Poland were studied. Conceptual framework of policy tools by Michael Howlett was used for the assessment, which is reviewed in the theoretical part of the work. During the development of the study, the author performed an analysis of the qualitative research strategy. The results of the study reveal that all policy tools had been used, regardless of the different perspectives that countries used to counter disinformation. It was concluded that it is important to address the issue through the implementantion of comprehensive strategies.
