Eiropas Savienības mehānismu izvērtējums katastrofu pārvaldei: Latvijas gadījums

Abstract

Darba tēma: Eiropas Savienības mehānismu izvērtējums katastrofu pārvaldei: Latvijas gadījums Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt saistību starp Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas katastrofu pārvaldības principiem. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek izmantota teorija par katastrofām, katastrofu pārvaldību, eiropeizāciju un maigajām pārvaldības formām no tādu autoru darbiem kā H. Al-Dahaša (H. Al-Dahash), D. P. Kopola (D. P. Coppola), I. M. Šalufs (I. M. Shaluf), K. M. Radelli (C. M. Radaelli), T. Borzela (T. Börzel) u.c. Pētījumā tiek izmantota gadījuma analīze aplūkojot Eiropas Savienības katastrofu pārvaldību un tās saistību ar katastrofu pārvaldību Latvijā, izmantojot Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas normatīvos regulējumus un citus dokumentus katastrofu pārvaldības jautājumos. Kā arī tiek aplūkoti gadījumi, kuros Eiropas Savienības klauzulas, kas ir attiecināmas uz civilo aizsardzību un katastrofu pārvaldību, un citi katastrofu pārvaldības mehānismi ir pielietoti Latvijas gadījumā.

Theme: Evaluation of European Union Mechanisms for Disaster Management: The Case of Latvia The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the the relationship between the European Union and Latvian disaster management principles. The bachelor's thesis uses the theory of disasters, disaster management, Europeanization and soft forms of governance from the works of authors such as H. Al-Dahash, D. P. Coppola, I. M. Shaluf, C. M. Radaelli, T. Börzel and others. The study uses a case study looking at the European Union disaster management and its relationship with disaster management in Latvia, using the European Union and Latvian regulatory framework and other documentation regarding disaster management issues. There are also considered cases in which European Union civil protection and disaster management clauses and other disaster management mechanisms are applicable to Latvia and are applied in the case of Latvia.
