Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. The theme of the bachelors thesis is Interactive cinema. Analysis of the film “Black mirror: Bandersnatch”. The aim of the study was to perform a semiotic and narrative analysis of the film Bandersnatch in order to find out the images used in interactive cinema and the characteristic features of the narrative. The thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter the theoretical analysis of the concept of film and the essence of interactive film were performed. The second chapter chapter analyzes the concepts of cinema semiotics and narrative, the causal links between time and space. But the third discusses and analyzes the elements of interactive cinematic narration. The fourth chapter is the authors practical study, where a semiotic and narrative analysis as well as interaction of time and space of Bandersnatchs is performed. Finally, conclusions have been drawn and proposals for futher studies are made. The results revealed that memories and time from the past are what affect us in the present. Bandersnatch - the storyline chosen by the audience has become the narrative of the film, and this narrative is a reference to the audience’s next decision in the future. This proves the author’s main argument that the transmission of an interactive narrative is two-way.
