Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā dažādi lietotāju radīta satura un pieredzes faktori ietekmē zīmola “Andele Mandele” tiešsaistes iepirkšanās vietnes lietotāju uzvedību un pirkuma lēmuma pieņemšanas procesu. Darba teorētiskā daļa ietver tīkla sabiedrības un to dalībnieku radīta satura, patērētāju uzvedību ietekmējošu faktoru un zīmola lomas komunikācijā aprakstu. Pētījuma kvalitatīvie rezultāti iegūti, veicot interviju ar zīmola izveidotāju Līvu Jaunozolu un fokusgrupas diskusiju ar vietnes lietotājām, savukārt kvantitatīvie – izmantojot aptauju. Pētījumā noskaidrota patērētāju motivācijas, vecuma un dzīvesveida ietekme uz vietnes izmantošanas, iepirkšanās un informācijas meklēšanas paradumiem, apskatīta savstarpējās uzticēšanās, zīmola kopienas un komunikācijas ietekme uz pirkuma lēmuma izdarīšanu. Noteikts, kuri no sludinājuma elementiem ir būtiskākie pircējam, kā patērētāju uzvedību ietekmē racionālas vai emocionālas dimensijas preces apraksti, kā arī noskaidrotas pārdevēju stratēģijas piesaistoša sludinājuma veidošanā. The aim of the master's thesis is to study various factors of user-generated content and experience influencing the behavior and the purchase decision-making process of brand “Andele Mandele” online shopping website users. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a description of network society and content created by its members, the factors influencing consumer behavior and the role of the brand in communication. The qualitative results of the research were obtained by conducting an interview with the brand creator Līva Jaunozola and a focus group discussion with the website users, while the quantitative results were obtained using a survey. The study examines the impact of consumer motivation, age and lifestyle on website use, shopping and information search habits, as well as the impact of mutual trust, brand community and communication on purchasing decisions. It is examined which of the advertisement elements are the most important for the buyer, how the descriptions of the product with a rational or emotional dimension influence the consumer behavior and what are the strategies of the sellers in creating an attractive advertisement.
