Krievvalodīgo studentu integrācijas problēmas Latvijas Universitātes vidē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir ”Krievvalodīgo studentu integrācijas problēmas Latvijas Universitātes vidē”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā krievvalodīgie studenti integrējas Latvijas Universitātes vidē, kur viņiem vajag studēt un komunicēt latviešu valodā un uzzināt, ar kādam problēmām krievvalodīgie studentu sastopas, uzsākot studijas Latvijas Universitātē. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīti jēdzieni, sasaistīti ar komunikācijas pētniecību, organizāciju komunikāciju, krievvalodīgiem studentiem. Tiek aplūkoti arī pētnieciskie materiāli, kas saistīti ar Latvijas krievvalodīgajiem iedzīvotājiem un krievvalodīgajiem studentiem Latvijas augstskolās. Metodoloģiskajā daļā raksturotas izmantotas pētījumā metodes - kvalitatīvā datu vākšanas metode intervija un kvantitatīva metode aptauja. Šis metodes tiek izmantotas empīriskajā daļā, lai noskaidrotu Latvijas Universitātes studentu un pasniedzēju viedokli par krievvalodīgo studentu integrācijas grūtībām Latvijas Universitātes studiju vidē, krievvalodīgo studentu attiecībām un komunikācijas barjerām ar kursabiedriem un mācībspēkiem, krievvalodīgo studentu integrācijas atvieglošanas veidiem. Darba noslēgumā tiek aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti un veikti secinājumi.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Problems of integration of Russian-speaking students in the environment of the University of Latvia". The aim of the work is to study how Russian-speaking students integrate into the environment of the University of Latvia, where they need to study and communicate in Latvian and find out what problems Russian-speaking students face when starting their studies at the University of Latvia. The theoretical part of the research describes the concepts related to communication research, organizational communication, Russian-speaking students. Research materials related to Latvian-speaking residents of Latvia and Russian-speaking students in Latvian higher education institutions are also considered. The methodological part describes the methods used in the study - the qualitative data collection method interview and the quantitative method survey. These methods are used in the empirical part to find out the opinion of University of Latvia students and lecturers about the difficulties of integration of Russian-speaking students in the study environment of the University of Latvia, Russian-speaking students' relations and communication barriers with Russian-speaking students, ways to facilitate integration of Russian-speaking students. At the end of the work the results of the research are described and conclusions are made.
