Interneta mediju “Delfi” un “Tvnet” “Facebook” komentāru sadaļas vide un šo interneta mediju loma tās rediģēšanā un apsekošanā: kara Ukrainā gadījums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt interneta mediju “Delfi” un “Tvnet” “Facebook” komentāru sadaļu vidi, noskaidrojot, ar kādiem paņēmieniem interneta mediju “Delfi” un “Tvnet” darbinieki apseko sava medija “Facebook” komentāru sadaļu laika posmā no 2022. gada 24. februārim līdz 2022. gada 10. martam. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir izvirzīti trīs pētnieciskie jautājumi, uz kuriem atbildes tiks atrastas, pielietojot teorētisko bāzi, kurā tiks izpētīta masu komunikācijas teorija, sociālo mediju darbības pamatprincipi un ietekme uz tradicionālo žurnālistiku, masu mediju auditorija un komentāru vide, vārda brīvība likumā un tās pielietojums žurnālistikā, kā arī empīriskajā daļā tiks veikta mediju “Delfi” un “Tvnet” “Facebook” lapu komentāru kontentanalīze, izmantojot Kripendorfa kontentanalīzes kategorijas, un padziļinātās intervijas ar “Delfi” un “Tvnet” pārstāvjiem, kas atbild par komentāru sadaļas apsekošanu sava pārstāvētā medija “Facebook” lapā. Rezultātā izanalizēta “Facebook” komentāru sadaļas vide saistībā ar karu Ukrainā laika posmā no 2022. gada 24. februārim līdz 2022. gada 10. martam, kā arī iegūtas atbildes uz jautājumiem no mediju “Delfi” un “Tvnet” pārstāvjiem.

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to explore the internet media “Delfi” and “Tvnet” environment of the “Facebook” comment section, to find out how “Delfi” and “Tvnet” employees survey the “Facebook” comment section of their media during the period from 2022, 24rd February till 2022, 10th March. To achieve the aim, author has asked three research questions. The theoretical framework consists of the theory of mass communication, basic principles of social media and its impact on traditional journalism, mass media audience and environment of the comment section, freedom of speech and its application in journalism. Empirical part consists of Kripendorf’s content analysis of the comment section of “Delfi” and “Tvnet” “Facebook” pages and in-depth interviews with the representatives of “Delfi” and “Tvnet”, who are responsible for surveying the comment section of their media “Facebook” page. As a result, the environment of “Facebook” comment section related to the war in Ukraine in the period from 2022, 24rd February till 2022, 10th March, was analyzed, as well as answers to the questions from representatives of the media “Delfi” and “Tvnet”.
