Latgales autonomijas ideja: vēsture un tēmas aktualitāte šodien

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir Latgales autonomijas ideja: vēsture un tēmas aktualitāte šodien. Maģistra darba mērķis: vēstīt par Latgales specifisko ceļu Latvijas valsts tapšanā, aktual-izēt Latgales vēsturi un veicināt sabiedrības izpratni par to; akcentēt Latgales identitāti; nos-kaidrot Latgales autonomijas idejas aktualitāti šodien; analizēt vai pašreiz pastav Latgales au-tonomijas pieprasījums. Darba uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt teorētisko literatūru par Latgales vēsturi; 2. Izpētīt Latgales situāciju mūsdienās, ieskaitot reģiona autonomijas idejas attīstību; 3. Veikt pētījumu par esošo situāciju Latgales reģionā; 4. Apkopot pētījuma rezultātus un izvērtēt tālākās attīstības iespējas Latgales reģionā, kā arī reģiona autonomijas idejas attīstību. Pirmajā nodaļā ir pētīts Latgales autonomijas idejas etniski politiskais un sociāli ekonomiskais pamatojums. Otrajā nodaļā tiek pētīta Valsts politika attiecībā uz Latgales reģionu pirms un pēc 2022. gada 24. februara notikumumiem Ukrainā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek noskaidroti problēmas tālākie pētīšanas virzieni mūsdienās. Maģistra darba galvenie secinājumi ir – Latgales autonomijas ideja šodien tiek veidota balsoties uz latgaliešu tautas etniski politisko identiskumu, kā arī Latgales reģiona autonomija dotajā brīdi netiek pieprasīta, apkopota no sabiedrības un lokalo pašvaldību politiķu puses. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 92 lappuses, sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, 6 tabulām, 2 attēliem, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta un 3 pielikumiem. The topic of the master's thesis is the idea of Latgale autonomy: history and topicality of the topic today. The aim of the master's thesis: to report on the specific path of Latgale in the formation of the Latvian state, to update the history of Latgale and to promote public understanding of it; to emphasize the identity of Latgale; to find out the relevance of the idea of Latgale auton-omy today; to analyze whether there is currently a demand for Latgale autonomy. Tasks: 1. To analyze the theoretical literature on the history of Latgale; 2. To study the current situation in Latgale, including the development of the idea of regional autonomy; 3. To carry out research on the current situation in Latgale region; 4. To summarize the results of the research and evaluate the possibilities of further de-velopment in the Latgale region, as well as the development of the idea of regional autonomy. In the first chapter, the ethno-political and socio-economic substantiation of the idea of Latgale autonomy is studied. The second chapter examines the State policy in relation to the Latgale region before and after the events of February 24, 2022 in Ukraine. In the third chapter, further research directions of the problem today are clarified. The main conclusions of the master's thesis are - the idea of Latgale autonomy is being developed today based on the ethnic and political identity of the Latgalian people, as well as the autonomy of Latgale region is not demanded at the moment, it is summarized by public and local politicians. The volume of the master's thesis is 92 pages, it consists of an introduction, three chap-ters, 6 tables, 2 figures, conclusions, references and a list of sources and 3 appendixes.
