Starpinstitucionālās sadarbības nozīme noziedzīga nodarījuma recidīva riska faktoru mazināšanā sieviešu cietumā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Starpinstitucionālās sadarbības nozīme noziedzīga nodarījuma recidīva riska faktoru mazināšana sieviešu cietumā”. Darba mērķis ir analizēt sociālo darbu penitenciārajā sistēmā un starpinstitucionālās sadarbības veidošanas iespējas cietumā, lai mazinātu nozieguma izdarīšanas recidīva risku no ieslodzījuma atbrīvotām sievietēm. Darbā analizētas starpinstitucionālās sadarbības nozīme noziedzīgā nodarījuma recidīva risku mazināšanā. Darbā pētītas un analizētas kognitīvi biheiviorālā teorija, iekļaušanās sabiedrībā pēc atbrīvošanās, sociālā darbinieka kā motivatora loma. Darbs veidots balstoties uz teorētiskajām un empīriskajām pētīšanas metodēm. Pētījuma teorētiskā daļa veidota, analizējot teorētisko literatūru, savukārt empīriskā daļa balstīta uz respondentu interviju atbildēm. Darba autore pētījuma beigās nonākusi pie secinājuma, ka starpinstitucionāla sadarbība varētu mazināt noziedzīgā nodarījuma recidīva risku sieviešu cietumā, tomēr būtu nepieciešams veikt papildus pētījumus.

Master’s thesis " The role of inter-institutional collaboration reducing the risk factors of recrudescence of criminal offense in women's prison " is aimed to analyze the social work in the penitentiary system and the possibilities of establishing inter-institutional collaboration in women’s prison in order to reduce the risk of recrudescence. There is analyzed the role of inter-institutional collaboration reducing the risk of recrudescence. Cognitive-behavioral theory, integration into society after liberation, the role of a social worker as a motivator are studied and analyzed in the work. The work is based on theoretical and empirical research methods. The theoretical part of the research is formed by analyzing the theoretical literature, while the empirical part is based on the answers of respondents. At the end of the study, the author came to the conclusion that inter-institutional collaboration could reduce the risk of recrudescence in women's prisons, but additional research would be needed.
