Vecāku priekšstati par bērnu audzināšanu pirmsskolas bērnu izglītības iestādēs dažāda vecuma bērnu grupās

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt, kādi ir vecāku priekšstati par sevi kā vecāku un kādas audzināšanas metodes vecāki izmanto, audzinot savas atvases. Pētījumā piedalījās 85 respondenti. Respondenti aizpildīja internetā anketu “Vecāku priekšstati par sevi kā vecāku”, kuras autori ir Svence & Kortenko, 2022. Aptauja sastāv no 5 apakšskalām, “es vecāks”, “es kā vecāks mācos”, “ideālais vecāks nozīmē”, “metodes”, “ mani kā vecāku uzslavas veidi.” Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka izdarot secinājumus, var teikt, ka vecāki priekšroku dod autoritatīvajam audzināšanas stilam. To ļoti labi parādīja apgalvojumi uz kuriem vecāki atbildot, ielika augstāko vērtējumu. Šie apgalvojumi atbilst autoritatīvajam stilam: bieži sarunājos ar savu bērnu (4.22), bieži slavēju savu bērnu (4.12), kā uzslavas veidu izmantoju vārdisku uzslavu (4.22), esmu prasīga pret savu bērnu (3.64), esmu vecāks, kas savu bērnu samīļo vai noglāsta to (4.48), esmu vecāks, kurš izceļ un slavē savas bērna spējas (3.94) , vienmēr sekoju sava bērna vajadzībām (4.10), audzinu savus bērnus uz pozitīva piemēra pamata (3.98) un komunikācijā ar savu bērnu izceļu mīļumu un empātiju (4.17). Šie visi augstākminētie apgalvojumi raksturo autoritatīvo audzināšanas stilu.

The aim of the study was to find out what parents' perceptions of themselves as parents are and what parenting methods they use to raise their offspring. 85 respondents participated in the study. The respondents filled in the online questionnaire "Parents' perceptions of themselves as a parent", the authors of the questionnaire are Svence & Kortenko, 2022. The survey consists of 5 subscales, "I study as a parent", "more interesting", "Types of praise for me as a parent." The results of the study reveal that parents prefer an authoritative parenting style. This was very well shown by the statements to which the parents gave the highest rating. These statements are in line with the authoritative style: I often talk to my child (4.22), I often praise my child (4.12), I use verbal praise as a form of praise (4.22), I am demanding of my child (3.64), I am a parent who loves or caresses my child (4.48), I am a parent who emphasizes and praises my child's abilities (3.94), I always follow my child's needs (4.10), I raise my children on the basis of a positive example (3.98) and in communication with my children's love and empathy (4.17). All the above statements characterize an authoritative style of upbringing.
