Pētījumā tika izmantotas divas aptaujas - Romantisko attiecību piesaistes dimensiju aptauja - ECR-R (The Experiences In Close Relationships – Revised questionnaire), Dzīvesspēka aptauja pieaugušajiem /DzSAP/ (Resilience Scale of Adults /RSA). Modern history will be a very interesting and complex period in the future - the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine. All these things can affect a person's resilience, and only the people closest to them can help them cope with difficult times. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of attachment in romantic relationships to resilience levels in men and women and to find out whether there are differences in the attachment dimensions of anxiety and avoidance, resilience levels and its subscale values in women and men. The participants were 52 women and 50 men aged between 21 and 56 years who have been in a relationship for at least one year. Two questionnaires were used in the study: the Experiences In Close Relationships - Revised questionnaire (ECR-R) and the Resilience Scale of Adults (RSA). The results indicate that there are no statistically significant differences in the attachment dimensions and in the level of resilience and its subscales for women and men. There are statistically significant associations between resilience and its subscales and the attachment dimensions anxiety and avoidance in the female sample, and statistically significant associations between resilience and its subscales and only one attachment dimension, avoidance, in the male sample.
