Zīdaiņu vecāku kompetences izjūtas un apzinātības saistības

Abstract

Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt saistības starp zīdaiņu vecāku kompetences izjūtu un apzinātību. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 vecāki (96 mātes un 4 tēvi), kuriem vismaz viens bērns ir vecumā līdz 2 gadiem. Tika veikts korelatīvs pētījums, izmantojot instrumentus: “Vecāku kompetences izjūtas skala” (Parenting sense of competence scale, Johnston & Mash, 1989). Latviešu valodā skalu adaptējušas I. Skreitule – Pikše, S. Sebre (Skreitule-Pikše un Sebre, 2008) un Apzinātības piecu aspektu aptauja (Five Facet Mindfulness Scale. Baer, Smith, Hopkins, Krietmeyer, & Toney, 2006). Aptaujas adaptāciju latviešu valodā veica M. Majors (Majors, 2013). Tika konstatētas statistiski nozīmīgas pozitīvas saistības starp zīdaiņu vecāku kompetences izjūtu un apzinātību.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis research is to examine the relations between the infant parents’ sense of competence and awareness. The study involved 100 parents (96 mothers and 4 fathers) with at least one child under 2 years of age. A correlation study was conducted using the tools: Parenting Sense of Competence Scale (Johnston & Mash, 1989). The scale has been adapted in Latvian by I. Skreitule - Pikše, S. Sebre (Skreitule-Pikše and Sebre, 2008) and the Five Facet Mindfulness Scale (Baer, Smith, Hopkins, Krietmeyer, & Toney, 2006). The adaptation of the survey in Latvian was performed by M. Majors (Majors, 2013). A statistically significant positive relations was found between infant parents’ sense of competence and awareness.
