Mērķu izvirzīšanas un analīzes(MAPI) rīka izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “Mērķu izvirzīšanas un analīzes (MAPI) rīka izveide”. Saistībā ar izglītības nozares pārmaiņām Latvijā aktuālāka kļūst mērķu izvirzīšanas un pašnovērtējuma prasmju attīstīšana, kas ir definētas jaunajā izglītības standartā. Tiek izvirzīta vīzija – izglītības procesu digitalizācija. Pirmā nodaļa veltīta teorētiskās literatūras analīzei, otrā digitālu līdzekļu izstrādes procesa aprakstam. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā, izmantojot kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās pētījuma metodes, tika analizēta motivācija, mērķu izvirzīšanas un pašnovērtēšanas prasmes, koprades process un iepriekš minēto prasmju mijiedarbība ar MAPI. Ceturtā nodaļa veltīta izstrādes aprakstam. Gala rezultātā tika izveidots izmantojams rīks, kas attīsta pašnovērtējuma prasmes (pieejams riksmapi.lv), kura izstrādē un lēmumu pieņemšanā tika iesaistīti skolēni un skolotāji. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 96 lpp., tajā iekļauti 27 attēli, 20 tabulas, 6 pielikumi un izmantoti 96 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

The title of the master's thesis is “Development of a goal setting and analysis (MAPI) tool”. In connection with the changes in the education sector, the development of goal-setting and self-assessment skills, which are defined in the new education standard, is becoming more and more important in Latvia. A vision is being set - digitization of educational processes. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical literature, the second to the description of the digital tool development process. In the empirical part of the study, motivation, goal setting and self-assessment skills, the co-design process, and the interaction of the above-mentioned skills with MAPI were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative research methods. The fourth chapter is devoted to the description of development. At the end digital tool was created that develops self-assessment skills (available at riksmapi.lv), in co-design process students and teachers were involved. Master's thesis contains 96 pages, 27 pictures, 20 tables, 6 appendixes and 96 references.
