Metienu izpildes tehnika ar vienu roku no pleca no vietas sporta skolas basketbolistiem

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā tiek aprakstīta metienu izpildes tehnika ar vienu roku no pleca no vietas. Kvalifikācijas darba pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt metienus ar vienu roku no vietas ietekmējošos faktorus, strādājot ar sporta skolas basketbolistiem pētījuma laikā gūt izaugsmi komandas metienu precizitātē. Basketbolsir atlētiska sporta spēle, kura attīsta cilvēka ātrumu, precizitāti, fizisko izturību un komandas spēli. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, astoņām apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta basketbola spēles noteikumi, basketbola vēsture un attīstība. Tiek apskatīts skolēnu fiziskās sagatavotības raksturojums, metienu raksturojums, klasifikācija un vērtības mūsdienu basketbolā, kā arī prasības mūsdienu metieniem un primārā treniņu metodika. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts pētījuma mērķis, uzdevumi un metodes. Pētījuma organizācija. Pedagoģiskais eksperiments. Trešajā nodaļa tika aprakstīta rezultāti un diskusija. Eksperimentālās mācību metodikas efektivitāte un metiens ar vienu roku no pleca efektivitātes rādītāju dinamika. Mācību procesā konstatētās biežākās kļūdas. Kvalifikācijas darba galvenajā daļā tika izdarīti secinājumi, ka metieni ar vienu roku no vietas realizācijas ietekmējošie faktori sastāv ne tikai no fiziskajiem, bet arī no mentālajiem un psiholoģiskajiem elementiem.
