Koučinga metožu pielietošana matemātikas apguvē 4. klasēs

Abstract

Skolotāju pieredzes darbā “Koučinga metožu pielietošana matemātikas apguvē 4. klasēs” ir apkopota un izvērtēta pieredze, ko autore guvusi laika periodā no 2022.gada 06.janvāra līdz 15. maijam. Darba autore ir Agnese Ramata, darba vadītājs asoc. prof. Jānis Mencis. Darba mērķis: apzināt koučinga metodes, kuras pielāgojamas matemātikas apguvē 4. klašu skolēniem. Darba uzdevumi: 1.Veikt zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par koučinga metodēm un to pielietošanu izglītības procesos; 2.Izstrādāt metodoloģiju izpētes veikšanai, kas ļaus noskaidrot koučinga praktisko metožu pielietošanu matemātikas apguvē 4. klasēs; 3.Veikt skolēnu aptauju par koučinga metožu pielietojuma novērtējumu; 4.Aprobēt izstrādātos materiālus 4. klases matemātikas mācību stundās; 5.Izdarīt secinājumus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus par koučinga metožu pielietošanu matemātikas apguvē 4.klasēs. 6.Apkopot autores pieredzi par demonstrējumu iekļaušanu mācību procesa plānošanā, organizēšanā un vērtēšanā. 7.Izvērtēt autores gūto pieredzi un dalīties profesionālajā pieredzē. Pieredzes darbā iegūtā informācija un dati ļauj secināt, ka koučinga metožu pielietošana mācību satura apguvē palīdz veicināt skolēnu kritisko domāšanu, analīzi un spriest spēju. Paaugstinās sadarbības spēja, ko novērtē arī skolēni. Koučinga metožu pielietošana veido jaunu paradumu sistēmu matemātikas apguvē.

The experience of the teachers in the work “Application of coaching methods in the acquisition of mathematics in the 4th grade” summarizes and evaluates the experience gained by the author in the period from January 6, 2022 to May 15, 2022. The author of the work is Agnese Ramata, supervisor assoc. prof. Jānis Mencis. Aim of the work: to identify coaching methods that can be adapted to the acquisition of mathematics for 4th grade students. Work tasks: 1. To analyze the scientific literature on coaching methods and their application in educational processes; 2. To develop a methodology for research, which will allow to find out the application of practical methods of coaching in the acquisition of mathematics in the 4th grade; 3. To conduct a survey of students on the evaluation of the application of coaching methods; 4. To approbate the developed materials in the 4th grade mathematics lessons; 5. To draw conclusions, to develop proposals on the application of coaching methods in the acquisition of mathematics in the 4th grade. 6. To summarize the author's experience on the inclusion of demonstrations in the planning, organization and evaluation of the learning process. 7. Evaluate the author's experience and share professional experience. The information and data obtained from the experience allow us to conclude that the application of coaching methods in the acquisition of study content helps to promote students' critical thinking, analysis and judgment. The ability to cooperate, which is also appreciated by students, is increasing. The application of coaching methods forms a new system of habits in learning mathematics.
