dc.description.abstract | Evaluating the Reactive and Dynamic Strength Index helps to create a new or improved existing training plan based on an athlete's individual abilities and performance, assess pliometric abilities, and monitor fatigue, and can help achieve better results and reduce the risk of injury. The aim of the research is to compare the methods for obtaining reactive and dynamic strength indices and, based on the obtained data, to study the application of these indices in training processes. Two test protocols for obtaining a reactive force index and one test for obtaining a dynamic force index were used in the study. Twelve participants were selected for the study, who performed the following tests: Countermovement jump test (CMJ), isometric mid-thigh pull test (IMTP), 10/5 repeated jump test and drop jump test (DJ). The obtained results indicated that the participants need to pay attention to the development of strength and power during the training process. Compared to drop jump test, the 10/5 repeated jump test was rated as better for obtaining the reactive force index
