Atbalsta materiāli strādājošo svešvalodu skolotāju digitālās prasmes pilnveidei vidusskolā

Abstract

Acīmredzami 21. gadsimts ir kļuvis par augsto tehnoloģiju laiku. Tāpēc strādājošiem skolotājiem ir nepieciešams apgūst prasmes, kas ir vajadzīgas, lai ieviestu digitālu ierīču izmantošanas procesu viņu profesionālās prakses ietvaros. Turklāt pētījuma problēmas aktualitāte ir pamatota ar nepieciešamību risināt jautājumus, kas saistīti ar mācību procesa īstenošanu krīzes un pēckrīzes apstākļos (vēl nepieredzētaa situācijas COVID-19 pandēmijas rezultātā). Kā pētījuma metode tika izvēlēts gadījuma pētījums, izmantojot anketu skolēniem un skolotājiem, kā arī divu skolotāju un viena skolēna interviju. Pētījuma ietvaros iegūtie dati atklāja visbiežāk sastopamās grūtības, ar kurām saskaras skolotāji, mācot tiešsaistes stundas. Atrastie risinājumi ļāva izstrādāt rokasgrāmatu svešvalodu skolotājiem, sniedzot ieteikumus tālmācības ieviešanai skolās.

Apparently enough, the 21st century has become the time of high technologies. Therefore, it is necessary to equip in-service teachers with the skills for the implementation of the digital learning process within their professional practice. Furthermore, the topicality of the issue explored is substantiated by the necessity to address the issues related to the study process implementation in the crisis and post-crisis circumstances rooted in the unprecedented situation caused by COVID-19 pandemic. A case study was chosen as a research design applying a questionnaire for students and teachers and an interview for two teachers and one student as data collection methods. The data obtained in the research framework revealed the most common difficulties teachers face while teaching remote classes. The solutions found within the research framework led to the elaboration of the manual for teachers of foreign languages providing recommendations for the implementation of the distance learning in schools.
