Movement and physical activity are recognized as a necessity of the body, the key to health, because they have a positive effect on the child's brain and nerve function, breathing, blood circulation and metabolism, improve mood, allow to get rid of negative emotions, etc. As the pre-school age is recognized as one of the most important periods in a person's life (during this time the person's "skeleton" was formed - abilities, vision of life, rapid comprehensive personal development), the performance of various movements and activities is especially important. In the work, the author obtained and analyzed information about the importance of promoting children's physical development through the use of exercise games in the middle school age, and a practical study was conducted to determine whether and how movement play affects children's physical development.
