Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Līdzdalība noziedzīgā nodarījumā”. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts līdzdalības jēdziens, līdzdalībnieku veidi, līdzdalības vēsturiskā attīstība sākot ar 1918.gadu, kā arī galvenās pazīmes līdzdalības nošķiršanai no dalības un piesaistības noziedzīgā nodarījumā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt līdzdalības un tās veidu tiesisko regulējumu, regulējumu krimināltiesību teorijā, kā arī tiesu praksē. Bakalaura darbā lielāka uzmanība tiek pievērsta līdzdalībnieku pazīmju analīzei. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, autors pēta juridisko literatūru, nacionālo un ārvalstu tiesisko regulējumu, kā arī Latvijas tiesu praksi par līdzdalību, tās veidiem un līdzdalībā izdarītu noziedzīgu nodarījumu kvalifikācijas īpatnībām. Bachelor’s thesis is “Complicity in a criminal offence”. Bachelor’s paper examines the concept of complicity, the types of accomplices, the historical development of complicity starting from 1918, as well as the main features of separating complicity from participation and accessory. The aim of the paper is to study the legislation, regulation in theory of criminal law and court practice about complicity and the types of accomplices. In this paper the main focus is on the analysis of the characteristics of the accomplices. In order to achieve the goal, author examines the legal literature, national and foreign legislation, as well as the Latvian court practice about complicity, its types and peculiarities of the qualification of criminal offences commited in complicity.
