Valsts amatpersonas tiesības uz godu un cieņu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Valsts amatpersonas tiesības uz godu un cieņu”. Darba ietvaros autore pētīs šobrīd spēkā neesošā Krimināllikuma 271. panta būtību, kā arī nepieciešamību šo regulējumu atjaunot Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir izprast valsts amatpersonas tiesības uz godu un cieņu, kā arī salīdzināt Latvijas tiesisko regulējumu un ārvalstu tiesisko regulējumu. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, autore izvirzīs sekojošus uzdevumus: analizēt jē-dziena gods un cieņa nozīmi, izvērtēt goda un cieņas aizsardzību starptautiskajos tiesību aktos, veikt Latvijas Republikas Satversmes tiesas sprieduma analīzi par Krimināllikuma 271.panta atbilstību Latvijas Republikas Satversmes 91. un 100.pantam, izpētīt nepieciešamību pēc tiesis-kā regulējuma Latvijā, kas aizsargā valsts amatpersonas tiesības uz godu un cieņu. The topic of the bachelor's theses is "The right of a public official to honor and dignity". Within the framework of the work, the author will study the essence of Section 271 of the Cri-minal Law currently in force, as well as the need to renew this regulation in Latvia. The aim of the work is to understand the right of a public official to honor and dignity, as well as to compare the Latvian legal framework and foreign legal framework. In order to achieve the goal of the bachelor's theses, the author will set the following tasks: analyze the meaning of the concept of honor and dignity, evaluate the protection of honor and dignity in international law, analyze the judgment of the Constitutional Court of Latvia Ar-ticle 100, to study the need for a legal framework in Latvia that protects the right of a public official to honor and dignity.
