Bakalaura darba “Pierādīšanas līdzekļu nozīme tiesā, nosakot bērna uzturlīdzekļu apmēru” mērķis ir atspoguļot problemātiku, kas novērojama Latvijas tiesiskajā sistēmā, kā arī piedāvāt likuma grozījumus minētās problemātikas risināšanai. Darba ietvaros autore apskatīja pierādīšanas līdzekļu teorētisko aspektu un procesa norises gaitu Latvijā. Autore mēģinās pārliecināt un rast pamatotus argumentus tam, kādēļ Latvijā ir nepieciešams kalkulators bērna uzturlīdzekļu apmēra noteikšanai. Darba autore apskatīja bērna uzturlīdzekļu regulējuma tiesisko regulējumu gan Eiropas Savienības valstīs, gan valstīs ārpus tās, veicot ārvalstu un Latvijas tiesiskā regulējuma salīdzinājumu. The aim of the bachelor's thesis “The role of the means of evidence in determining the amount of a child's alimony in court” is to reflect the problems observed in the Latvian legal system, as well as to propose amendments to the law to address these problems. Within the framework of the work, the author examined the theoretical aspect of the means of proof and the course of the process in Latvia. The author will try to convince and find reasonable arguments as to why a calculator is needed in Latvia to calculate child maintenance. The author examined the legal regulation of child support both in the European Union and in countries outside it, comparing foreign and Latvian legal regulations.
