Autore Nikola Zaksa bakalaura darbā “ 5-6 gadīgu bērnu veselīga dzīvesveida paradumu veidošanās pirmsskolā” pēta pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pedagoģiskā darba lomu veselīga dzīvesveida paradumu apgūšanā vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pedagoģisko procesu ietekmi uz veselīga dzīvesveida paradumu veidošanos 5-6 gadīgu bērnu ikdienā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizētas vairāku autoru atziņas par veselīga dzīvesveida pamatprincipiem, bērnu attīstības īpatnībām, paradumu veidošanos. Empīriskajā daļā pētīta mācību procesa ietekme uz 5-6 gadīgu bērnu paradumu veidošanos. Lai noskaidrotu vecāku un bērnu izpratnes līmeni un izvērtētu, kā mainās bērnu zināšanas un paradumi ikdienā ieviešot veselīgu dzīvesveidu, piemērotas vairākas pētnieciskās metodes – anketēšana, novērošana, pārrunas ar bērniem, pedagoģiskā darbība. Konstatēts, ka, veselīgu paradumu veidošana īstenojama ciešā sadarbībā ar vecākiem un izvēloties piemērotākās mācību metodes. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus autore secina, ka pirmsskolas mācību procesi veicina zināšanas par veselīgu dzīvesveidu un daļēji veicina ar to saistīto paradumu veidošanos. Darbs sastāv no divām nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām. Darba apjoms 55 lpp., iekļautas 2 tabulas un 18 attēli, pievienoti 2 pielikumi un darba izstrādes laikā izmantoti 62 literatūras avoti. The author Nikola Zaksa in her bachelor's thesis "Formation of healthy lifestyle habits of 5-6-year-old children in preschool", studies the role of pedagogical work of preschool educational institutions in the acquisition of healthy lifestyle habits in older preschool age. The aim of the work is to find out the impact of pedagogical processes on the formation of healthy lifestyle habits in the daily life of 5-6-year-old children. The theoretical part of the work analyses the conclusions of several authors about the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle, the peculiarities of children's development, and the formation of habits. The empirical part examines the influence of learning process on the formation of habits of 5-6-year-old children. In order to find out the level of understanding of parents and children and to evaluate how children's knowledge and habits change when introducing a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis, several research methods are applied - questionnaires, observation, discussions with children, pedagogical activities. It has been established that the formation of healthy habits can be implemented in close cooperation with parents and by choosing the most appropriate teaching methods. Summarizing the results of the study, the author concludes that preschool learning processes contribute to knowledge about a healthy lifestyle and partially contribute to the formation of habits related to it. The work consists of two chapters and 8 subsections. The volume of the work is 55 pages, 2 tables and 18 images are included, 2 appendices are added, and 62 literature sources were used during the development of the work.
