Darba nosaukums – “ 4 – 5 gadīgu bērnu stājas profilakses iespējas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Darba mērķis - analizēt teorētisko literatūru par 4 – 5 gadīgu bērnu stājas profilaksi, un pētīt tās profilakses iespējas pirmsskolas dienas ritā. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās. Teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par 4 -5 gadīgu bērnu stājas profilaksi. Izmantojot pedagogu, fizioterapeitu un ārstu atziņas par stāju, tās profilaksi, tiek raksturota 4 – 5 gadīgu bērnu problēmas tēmas kontekstā. Darba empīriskajā daļā tiek aprakstīts, kā tika veikts 4 -5 gadīgu bērnu stājas novērtējums. Bērna stāja tika novērtēta pētījuma sākumā, lai varētu piemeklēt un izveidot vingrojuma kompleksus un vingrojumus, kurus izmantot dienas ritā, lai veicinātu pareizas stājas veidošanos. Veidot ieteikumus vingrojumu izpildē pedagogiem. Vērot bērnu stājas izmaiņas. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 2 nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, 39 izmantotās literatūras avotiem un 6 pielikumiem. Darba apjoms – 55 lappuses. The title of the work is "Possibilities for the prevention of posture of 4-5-year-old children in a preschool educational institution". The aim of the work is to analyze the theoretical literature on the prevention of posture in 4-5-year-old children and to study the possibilities of prevention during the preschool day. The work consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part analyzed theoretical literature on posture prevention of 4-5-year-old children. Using the knowledge of pedagogues, physiotherapists and doctors about posture, prevention is described in the context of the problem of 4-5-year-old children. The empirical part of the work describes how the assessment of the posture of 4-5 year old children was carried out. The posture was assessed at the beginning of the study in order to find and create exercise complexes and exercises to be used during the day to promote the formation of correct posture. Make recommendations for pedagogues. Observing changes in children's posture. The work consists of an introduction, 2 chapters, conclusions, proposals, 39 used literature sources and 6 appendicies. Volume of work – 55 pages.
