dc.description.abstractThis work is devoted to analysis of Labor Law and Legal regulations of working time in EU countries related to remote work in modern labour market conditions. It mainly aims to analyze the relationship between fastly changing labor market, when more and more people aims to switch to remote working, touching on how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed our vision to the way of arranging work and how it all is related to growth of revenue indicators in businessess and work-life balance of employees. The relevance and practical significance of the topic considered in the article is due to the fact that in the modern period a large number of employees work remotely due to the fact that information technology allows them to perform all their labor duties without sitting in the office. This is connected with the development of information technology, which allows you to perform your job duties without being in the employer's office.en_US
