Vecāka pašcieņas saistība ar vecāka priekšstatu par ģimenes klimatu ģimenēs ar pusaudžiem

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp vecāka pašcieņas līmeni un emocionālo klimatu ģimenē ar pusaudzi. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 pusaudžu vecāki, kuriem ir pusaudži vecumā no vienpadsmit līdz sešpadsmit - 94 sievietes un 6 vīrieši. Vidējais sieviešu vecums 42,60 gadi (M=42,60, SD=6,88), vidējais vīriešu vecums 45,5 gadi (M=45,50, SD=8,91). Pētījumā izmantotajā anketā tika ievākti demogrāfiskie dati un informācija par ģimeni. Kā arī tika izmantotas divas aptaujas – Rozenberga pašcieņas aptauja (Rosenberg, 1965) un ģimenes klimata skala (Moos & Moos, 1974). Veicot iegūto datu apstrādi tika konstatēts, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga pozitīva saistība starp vecāku pašcieņas līmeni un vecāku skatījumu uz ģimenes emocionālo klimatu. The aim of the study was to find out whether there is a relationship between the level of self-esteem of a parent and the emotional climate in a family with a teenager. The study involved 100 parents of teenagers who have teenagers between the ages of eleven and sixteen - 94 women and 6 men. Average age of women 42.60 years (M=42.60, SD=6.88), average age of men 45.5 years (M=45.50, SD=8.91). The questionnaire used in the study collected demographic data and family information. Also, two surveys were used - the Rosenberg self-esteem survey (Rosenberg, 1965) and the family climate scale (Moos & Moos, 1974). When processing the obtained data, it was found that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the level of parents' self-esteem and the parents' view of the family's emotional climate.
