Lai nodrošinātu darbinieku datu drošību, sistēmas galvenā funkcionalitāte pieejama tikai iepriekš izveidotiem sistēmas lietotājiem, kurus pārvalda sistēmas administrators/-i. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop web application for employee management and work shift planning. The application allows users to create, edit and delete employees, create employee absences and see the current employee absence situation in the company – active employees, sick employees and employees on vacation or absent for other reasons. Users can create weekly schedules. In the schedule, the user can choose which days and shifts to work for each employee. Employee absences are displayed in the work schedule for more successful work planning. The front-end of the web application is created using React - JavaScript library and its component library MaterialUI. The backend is built using Node.js and its framework Express. To ensure the security of employee data, the main functionality of the system is available only to previously created system users which are managed by the system administrators.
