Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt darbinieku motivācijas paņēmienus uzņēmumā “SEB Global Services” un sniegt priekšlikumus viņu uzlabošanā Darbā tiek analizēta zinātniskā literatūra, kas saistīta ar motivācijas teorijām un paņēmieniem, tiek salīdzinātas izplatītākās motivācijas teorijas un sniegts autores viedoklis par tām tabulā. Darbā tika apkopotas autores veiktās ekspertinterviju rezultāti, kuras apliecina, ka uzņēmuma vadītājiem rūp viņu padoto motivācija. The work gathered the results of expert interviews conducted by the author, which confirm that company managers care about the motivation of their subordinates. The results of the author's employee survey were also collected, which confirms that employees feel motivated, as well as proposals for maintaining and increasing employee motivation.
