Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir SIA “Dagans” finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums un nākotnes attīstības iespējas. Finanšu analīze sniedz iespēju novērtēt uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību, aplūkot uzņēmumu no cita skatu punkta, kā arī palīdz uzņēmuma vadībai pieņemt pareizus lēmumus. Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz speciālistu sniegto finanšu analīzes metožu teorētisko pamatojumu, novērtēt SIA “Dagans” finansiālo stāvokli un sniegt priekšlikumus turpmākai šī uzņēmuma darbībai un attīstībai. Darba izstrādes rezultātā, autore konstatēja, ka kopumā, neskatoties uz to, ka SIA “Dagans” pašu kapitāls ir negatīvs, SIA “Dagans” finansiālais stāvoklis vērtējams apmierinoši. Autore izstrādāja priekšlikumus minētā uzņēmuma turpmākai finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is LTD Dagans financial position assessment and possibilities for future development. Financial analysis provides an opportunity to assess the company's economic activity, to look at the company from a different point of view, and also helps the company's management to make the right decisions. The purpose of the research is, based on the theoretical basis of financial analysis methods provided by specialists, to assess the financial condition of LTD “Dagans” and to provide proposals for the future operation and development of this company. As a result of the development of the work, the author found that in general, despite the fact that the equity of LTD “Dagans” is negative, the financial condition of SIA “Dagans” can be assessed as satisfactory. The author developed proposals for the further improvement of the mentioned company's financial condition.
