Darbinieku motivācijas nozīmē uzņēmumā „House of Light”.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums – Darbinieku motivācijas nozīme uzņēmumā SIA „House Of Light”. Bakalaura darba mērķis – Pamatojoties uz teorētiskajiem aspektiem un veicot empīrisko pētījumu, izstrādāt darbinieku darba motivācijas sistēmas pilnveides plānu uzņēmuma attīstībai. Darbu veido no teorētiskās perspektīvas veido ārvalstu un Latvijas autoru monogrāfijas, pētījumi par darbinieku darba motivāciju. Praktiskās daļas izstrādē veicot uzņēmuma raksturojumu un esošās situācijas izpēti izmantoti sekundārie dati no Lursoft, CSP datubāzēm. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors pētīja darbinieku motivāciju teorētiskajā perspektīvā, otrajā nodaļā veica uzņēmuma raksturojumu, savukārt trešajā nodaļā tika veikts praktisks motivācijas pētījums uzņēmumā uz izstrādāts motivācijas sistēmas pilnveides plāns uzņēmumam un tā attīstībai. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par to, ka darbinieki ir vidēji motivēti un vidēji apmierināti ar esošo motivēšanas sistēmu, no kuras tos pamatā motivē tikai monetāra rakstura iniciatīvas. Darbiniekiem būtu svarīgi, ka vadība tos spētu vairāk motivēt, atbalstīt, uzklausīt, t.sk., ka būtu pieejamas papildus apmācību, izglītošanās iespējas, kā arī to atalgojumu un visu sistēmu balstītu uz darbinieku darba novērtēšanas rezultātiem. Darba apjoms ir 59 lapas bez pielikumiem. Tam ir pievienoti 2 pielikumi, tā izstrādē ir ietverti 18 attēli un 6 tabulas. Darbā izstrādē tika izmantoti 42 literatūras un informācijas avoti

The title of the bachelor's thesis - The importance of employee motivation in the company "House Of Light" Ltd. The aim of the bachelor's work is - on the basis of theoretical aspects and conducting empirical research, to develop a plan for the improvement of the employee work motivation system for the development of the company. The work bases includes of monographs of foreign and Latvian authors, studies on the work motivation of employees from a theoretical perspective. As well in the development of the practical part, secondary data from the Lursoft, CSB databases were used during the company's characterization and research of the existing situation. In the first chapter of the work, the author studied the motivation of employees from a theoretical perspective, in the second chapter, a description of the company was performed, while in the third chapter, a practical study of motivation in the company was carried out, and a plan for improvement of motivation system for the development of the company. The results of the study show that employees are moderately motivated and moderately satisfied with the existing motivation system, from which they are basically motivated only by monetary initiatives. It would be important for the employees that the management should be able to motivate, support, and listen to them more, including that additional training and education opportunities would be available, as well as their remuneration and the entire system would be based on the results of the evaluation of the employees' work. The volume of the work is 59 pages without appendices. It is accompanied by 2 appendices, its development includes 18 figures and 6 tables. 42 sources of literature and information were used in the development of the work.
