Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi veikt “SIA “X” finansiālā stāvokļa analīzi, galveno uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa ietekmējošos faktoru identificēšanai, lai sniegtu priekšlikumus tā finansiālā stāvokļa un maksātspējas uzlabošanai. Katra uzņēmuma mērķis ir gūt pozitīvu finananšu rezultātu – peļņu. Veicot finanšu analīzi var tikt identificētas uzņēmuma visas vājās puses – izvērtējot uzņēmuma finansiālos riskus un to cēloņus, iespējams sniegt lietderīgus priekšlikumus uzņēmuma veiktspējas uzlabošanai, kuri var tikt īstenoti caur atbilstoša rīcības plāna izstrādi peļņas palielināšanai un uzņēmuma turpmākās darbības efektivitātes uzlabošanai. The bachelor’s thesis was created with the aim to analyze the financial situation of "X" Ltd, as to identify the main factors affecting the financial situation of the company, in order to give proposals for improving its financial situation and solvency. The goal of every company is to have a positive financial result – profit. By performing a financial analysis, any weaknesses of the company can be identified – through the evaluation of the company’s financial risks and their causes, it is possible to provide useful suggestions for improving the company's performance that can be executed through the development of an appropriate action plan to increase profits and improve the efficiency of the future operation of the company.
