Abstract

Bakalaura darbs: Darba ražīguma paaugstināšanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA „Avoti SWF”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „Avoti SWF” darba ražīguma ietekmējošos faktorus un izstrādāt ieteikumus kā paaugstināt darba ražīgumu. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem un literatūras saraksta. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta darba ražīguma būtība un vadīšanas loma darba ražīguma kāpināšanā. Otrajā nodaļā raksturota uzņēmuma darbība un analizēts darba ražīgums uzņēmumā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta intervija ar uzņēmuma vadību un izstrādāti pasākumi, kuras nepieciešami darba ražīguma līmeņa paaugstināšanai. Diploma paper: Labour productivity improvement opportunities for SIA "Sources SWF". This paper has been made to explore "Avoti SWF " productivity influencing factors and develop recommendations for how to raise their productivity.
