Bakalaura darba tēma ir konkurētspējas analīze un tās priekšrocību modelis jaunuzņēmumā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt konkurences priekšrocību modeli radot jaunu izklaides uzņēmumu piesātinātā tirgū un izvērtēt kādi faktori ir jāņem vērā, lai radītu unikālu un pievilcīgu piedāvājumu. Darba izstrādes gaitā autore iepazinusies ar konkurētspējas teorētiskajiem aspektiem un analizējis jaunuzņēmuma “Āres Minigolfs” konkurētspējas priekšrocības aktīvās atpūtas un izklaides tirgū. Pētījuma rezultātā autors novērtē būtiskākos uzņēmuma konkurētspēju ietekmējošos faktorus un atklāj uzņēmuma konkurētspējas priekšrocības, kā arī izvērtē tā attīstības iespējas Ogres novadā. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of competitiveness and its advantage model in a start-up. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a model of competitive advantage by creating a new entertainment company in a saturated market, and to assess the factors that must be considered to offer a unique and appealing proposition. Throughout the preparation of the work, the author has studied the theoretical aspects of competitiveness and has analysed the competitive advantages of start-up business "Āres Minigolfs" in the active leisure and entertainment market. As a result of the research, the author evaluates the most substantial factors impacting the firm's competitiveness, uncovers the firm's competitive advantages, and assesses its growth opportunities in Ogre Municipality.
