Aliud un peius lietas nošķiršana

Bakalaura darbs tika veltīts citas lietas (aliud lietas) un lietas ar trūkumiem (peius lietas) nošķiršanas tiesiskajiem aspektiem, kuriem uzmanība līdzšinējā Latvijas tiesību literatūrā un tiesu praksē pievērsta nepelnīti maz. Bakalaura darbā tika pētīta aliud un peius lietas jēdzienu izpratne, ar katras lietas nodošanu ieguvējam saistītās atšķirīgās tiesiskās sekas, kā arī citas lietas un lietas ar trūkumiem nošķiršana, padziļināti apskatot minētā nošķīruma lomu Latvijas tiesību sistēmā. The bachelor thesis was devoted to the legal aspects of the distinction between other things (aliud things) and defective things (peius things), which have received undeservedly little attention in the Latvian legal literature and case law so far. The bachelor thesis examined the understanding of the notions of aliud and peius things, the different legal consequences associated with the transfer of each thing to an acquirer, as well as the distinction between other and defective things, exploring in depth the role of this distinction in the Latvian legal system.
