Zusammenfassung
Maģistra darba tēma ir “Dziesmu un deju svētku organizatorisko problēmu juridiskie aspekti”. Darba mērķis ir rast labākos tiesiskos risinājumus problēmām Dziesmu un deju svētku (DZSV) organizatoru darbā – papildus finanšu piesaistes, preču zīmes lietošanas tiesību piešķiršanas un koncertierakstu izmantošanas ierobežojumu jomās. Pētījuma rezultātā ir apkopota Baltijas valstu pieredze un secināts, ka DZSV organizatoriskajā struktūrā ir jāveic uzlabojumi, jāveic izmaiņas līgumos par koncertierakstu izmantošanu, jāizvērtē jaunas metodes DZSV preču zīmes lietošanas tiesību piešķiršanai suvenīru ražotājam, jāveic grozījumi Dziesmu un deju svētku likumā – jāparedz iespēja preču zīmes lietošanas tiesības piešķirt bez atlīdzības un jānosaka koncertierakstu lietošanas tiesību sadalījums. Atslēgvārdi: Dziesmu un deju svētki, valsts pārvalde, finansējuma piesaistīšana, preču zīmes, koncertieraksti The topic of the master thesis is “Legal Aspects of the Organisational Challenges faced by the Song and Dance Celebration.” The aim of the thesis is to find the best legal solutions for the problems faced by the organisers of the quinquennial Latvian Song and Dance Celebration (SDC) – extra fundraising, granting of trademark rights, and restrictions of concert recording usage. The thesis draws on the Baltic States’ experience and concludes that improvements should be made in the SDC organisational structure; adjustments should be made in contacts about concert recording usage, new methods should be considered for granting SDC trademark rights for souvenir providers and changes should be made to the Song and Dance Celebration law – it should envisage granting trademark rights without remuneration and establish the allocation of rights for concert recording usage.
