Abstract

“Stratēģija darba apstākļu uzlabošanā un ārējo ietekmējošo vides faktoru samazināšana mazos un vidējos būvniecības uzņēmumos”. Darba autors: Raimo Vīgants. Darba vadītājs: Dr.sc. admin. Romāns Putāns. Darbs ir izklāstīts uz 81 lapām ietver 14 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 2 pielikumus un 82 literatūras avotus. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt esošos darba vides riska faktorus mazos un vidējos būvniecības uzņēmumos un, pamatojoties uz tiem, izstrādāt veselības veicināšanas stratēģiju attiecīgajos uzņēmumos nodarbinātajiem. Darba sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir sniegta visaptveroša būvniecības nozares analīze Latvijā, pievēršoties dažādiem aspektiem, piemēram, darba vides riska faktoriem un to ietekmei. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija, kas sniedz padziļinātu skaidrojumu par izvēlētajām metodēm un to piemērotību pētījuma mērķiem. Trešajā nodaļā ir sniegti secinājumi, kas iegūti, veicot plašu darbinieku aptauju, kas veikta pētījuma ietvaros. Analīze ietver detalizētu aptaujas rezultātu pārbaudi, izceļot galvenās pētījuma laikā atklātās atziņas un tendences. Ceturtā nodaļa ir vērsta uz veselības veicināšanas stratēģijas izstrādi, kas īpaši pielāgota būvniecības nozarei mazos un vidējos būvniecības uzņēmumos. Tajā izklāstīts visaptverošs plāns identificēto risku un izaicinājumu risināšanai, akcentējot darbinieku labklājības un drošības veicināšanu. Darba pēdējā sadaļā pētījums noslēdzas, apkopojot galvenos pētījuma rezultātus un sekas. Tajā ir sniegti praktiski ieteikumi, kuru pamatā ir rezultāti, un tiek ieteikti praktiski pasākumi, ko var veikt, lai veicinātu veselības veicināšanu un mazinātu darba vides riskus būvniecības nozarē. Šo ieteikumu mērķis ir veicināt veselīgāku un drošāku darba vidi būvniecībā strādājošajiem Latvijā mazos un vidējos būvniecības uzņēmumos. Darba laikā iegūtie rezultāti un atziņas ļauj secināt, ka darba drošības riski mazos un vidējos uzņēmumos ir augsti. Kopējais resursu trūkums rada slogu ne tikai uz uzņēmumu, bet arī uz darbiniekiem un darba drošību, kur saskatāmi nozares trūkumi. Nodrošinot drošu darba vidi ir ne tikai iespēja mazināt darba vides riskus, kas saistīti ar traumatismu un arodslimību klātbūtni, bet arī celt darba ražīgumu kā rezultātā arī būvniecības nozare ceļ tautsaimniecības saražoto apjomu kopumā.

The aim of the master's thesis is to investigate the existing risk factors of the work environment in small and medium-sized construction companies and, based on them, to develop a health promotion strategy for employees in the respective companies. The work consists of four chapters. The first chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the construction industry in Latvia, focusing on various aspects, such as risk factors of the working environment and their impact. The second part describes the research methodology, which provides an in-depth explanation of the chosen methods and their suitability for the research objectives. The third chapter presents the conclusions obtained from an extensive employee survey conducted as part of the study. The analysis includes a detailed examination of the survey results, highlighting key insights and trends discovered during the research. The fourth chapter focuses on the development of a health promotion strategy specifically adapted to the construction industry in small and medium-sized construction companies. It sets out a comprehensive plan to address identified risks and challenges, with an emphasis on promoting employee wellbeing and safety. In the last section of the paper, the study concludes by summarizing the main results and implications of the study. It provides practical recommendations based on the findings and suggests practical steps that can be taken to promote health and reduce work environment risks in the construction industry. The purpose of these recommendations is to promote a healthier and safer working environment for construction workers in small and medium enterprises in Latvia. The results and insights obtained during work allows us to conclude that occupational safety risks are high in small and medium-sized enterprises. The lack of common resources creates a burden not only on the company, but also on employees and work safety, where the shortcomings of the industry can be seen. Providing a safe working environment is not only an opportunity to reduce the risk of the working environment, which is related to the presence of trauma and occupational diseases, but also to increase labor productivity, as a result of which the construction industry also increases the volume of the national economy as a whole.
