Abstract

“Psihoemocionālo risku ietekme uz VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” nodarbinātajiem un preventīvie pasākumi”. Darba autore: Rita Viļuma. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: prof., Dr. sc. admin. Henrijs Kaļķis. Darbs izklāstīts uz 78 lpp., ietver 26 attēlus, 10 tabulas, 76 literatūras avotus, 7 pielikumus. Maģistra darba pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par psihoemocionālajiem riskiem, to pārvaldību darba vidē un ietekmi uz nodarbinātājiem. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā pielietotās metodes, kas tika izmantotas, lai noteiktu psihoemocionālo risku ietekmi uz VAS «Valsts nekustamie īpašumi» nekustamo īpašumu attīstības projektu pārvaldē un nekustamo īpašumu apsaimniekošanas un tehniskās uzturēšanas pārvaldē strādājošajiem. Trešajā daļā iegūtie rezultāti tika atbilstoši apstrādāti un izvērtēti. Ceturtajā daļā tika izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi nodarbināto psihoemocionālo risku mazināšanai starp pētāmajām pārvaldēm. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes: darbinieku aptauja, izdegšanas sindroma aptauja (K. Maslačas tests), darbaspēju indeksa noteikšanas metode, kognitīvās fleksibilitātes novērtēšanas tests.

Henrijs Kaļķis. The thesis is presented on 78 pages, including 26 figures, 10 tables, 76 information sources, 7 attachments. Master thesis consists of 4 parts. The first part summarizes and analyzes the theoretical information on psycho-emotional risks, their management in the work environment and the impact on employers. The second part describes the methods used in the thesis, which were used to determine the impact of psycho-emotional risks on the employees of SJSC “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” in the management of real estate development projects and management and technical maintenance of real estate. The results obtained in the third part were appropriately processed and evaluated. In the fourth part, preventive measures were developed for mitigating psycho-emotional risks among the investigated administrations. The methods used in the thesis: employee survey, C. Maslach's burnout survey, work capacity index determination method, cognitive flexibility inventory test.
