Today “green” is not only a color, but also a way of doing business. It can be easily transformed to greenwashing and bring undermine the faith of consumers and willingness to support green movement. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find the interconnection between the green marketing and consumer behavior in Baltic states to develop recommendations for companies and industries to analyze the customer purchasing behavior and understand the key behavior patterns for conducting effective marketing campaigns.
