Marketing communication helps a brand differentiate itself, attract customers, gain their trust, and communicate with them. In these last years, the use of digital marketing tools has become very relevant, as information is delivered to a much larger audience much faster, brighter, and more understandable with the possibility to leave your feedback, questions and/or comments. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the marketing communication of the brand "Nivea" and put forward proposals for its improvement, based on the knowledge of the theory about brand marketing communication and the results of the consumer survey. The bachelor's thesis consists of 69 pages, 91 sources, 12 images and 7 tables were used for the research.
