Lai nodrošinātu procesu veiksmīgu noriti un, gala rezultātā, sasniegtu klientu apmierinātību, uzņēmumi savā darbībā izmanot dažādas metodes, kā analizēt un vadīt uzņēmumā notiekošos procesus. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt kvalitātes vadības sistēmu ieviešanas praksi informācijas tehnoloģiju uzņēmumos Latvijā. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 93 lappuses (neskaitot pielikumus). Darba struktūra sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Darbs satur 12 tabulas, 17 attēlus un 5 formulām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir pētīta kvalitātes vadības būtība, attīstība un pielietojamie efektivitātes mērījumi. Otrajā nodaļā ir apkopoti ikgadējās ISO aptaujas dati. In order to ensure a successful flow of processes and, as a result, to achieve customer satisfaction, companies use various methods in their operations to analyze and manage the processes taking place in the company. The aim of the master's thesis is to explore the practice of implementing quality management systems in information technology companies in Latvia. The volume of the master's thesis is 93 pages (excluding appendices). The structure of the master's thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and a list of used literature and sources. The master's thesis contains 12 tables, 17 images and 5 formulas. In the first chapter of the thesis, the nature of quality management, its development and applicable efficiency measurements are studied. The second chapter summarizes the data of the annual ISO survey. The third chapter summarizes the research results.
