Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Krimināllikuma 262. pants un tā grozījumi”. Personas neapdomīga un nelikumīga rīcība, vadot transportlīdzekli apreibinošo vielu ietekmē, var radīt milzīgu kaitējumu gan pati sev, gan sabiedrībai, tādējādi likumdevējs ir aktualizējis šo problēmu, veicot grozījumus Krimināllikuma 262. panta ietvaros. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, vai esošais Krimināllikuma regulējums attiecībā pret noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem, kas ietverti Krimināllikuma 262. pantā, ir pietiekams vai arī ir konstatējami trūkumi, kā arī piedāvāt risinājumu, kā šos trūkumus novērst. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, autors izvirza šādus uzdevumus: izpētīt tiesību normas vēsturisko attīstību, izanalizēt Krimināllikuma 262. pantā paredzēto noziedzīgo nodarījumu sastāvu pazīmes un kriminālatbildības nosacījumus, izpētīt judikatūru un salīdzināt Latvijas regulējumu ar ārvalstu regulējumu. Darba ietvaros identificēt Latvijā esošā regulējuma nepilnības un to, kā tās būtu novēršamas. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Article 262 of Latvian Criminal Law and it’s amendments”. Reckless and illegal behavior of a person within the framework of Article 262 can cause enormous damage both to himseld and to the society, hence the legislator has brought this problem to the fore by creating amendments within the framework of Article 262 of the Criminal Law. Purpose of the work is to research whether the existing regulation of the Criminal Law in relation to criminal offenses included in Article 262 of the Criminal Law have sufficient or detectable deficiencies, as well to offer a solution to eliminate these deficiencies. In order to achieve the aim of the work, the author sets the following tasks: perform a historical development of the article regarding road traffic safety, analyzing Article 262 of the Criminal Law, comparing the Latvian regulation to foreign regulation, as well as identify the shortcomings of the existing regulation in Latvia and how they should be prevented.
