Dalībvalstu tiesības ierobežot Eiropas Savienības vienoto tirgu krīžu pārvarēšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt specializēto Eiropas Savienības vienotā tirgus regulējuma priekšlikumu dalībvalstīm, kas sniegtu iespējas dalībvalstīm ierobežot vienoto tirgu krīžu pārvarēšanai. Vienotā tirgus regulējumam Eiropas Savienībā ir standarta regulējums, kurā noteikti attaisnojumi, kas ir izmantojami, lai ierobežotu vienotā tirgus darbību. Darbā veikta Vienotā tirgus ārkārtas instrumenta priekšlikuma analīze, jo tiktu ieviesti vairāki nebijuši mehānismi, sniegtas papildus tiesības dalībvalstīm un Eiropas Komisijai ierobežot vienoto tirgu krīžu pārvarēšanai.The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the specialised proposal for a European Union single market framework, which would allow Member States to restrict the single market to overcome and manage crises. The regulation of the single market in the European Union has a standard framework setting out the justifications to be used to limit the functioning of the single market. The work carried out an analysis of the proposal for a Single market Emergency Instrument, as a number of unprecedented mechanisms would be put in place, additional rights would be given to Member States and the European Commission to restrict the Single market to overcome and manage crises.
