Grūtnieču un jaundzimušo bērnu vecāku nodarbināšanas problēmaspekti darba tiesībās

Bakalaura darbā “Grūtnieču un jaundzimušo bērnu vecāku nodarbināšanas problēmu aspekti darba tiesībās” tiek aplūkoti problēmjautājumi, ar kuriem ir jāsaskaras jaundzimušo bērnu vecākiem, kādas ir iespējas vecākiem pirms un pēc bērna piedzimšanas. Tiek pētīts, kāds ir atbalsts no valsts puses saistībā ar grūtniecības un dzemdību, bērna kopšanas un bērna tēva, adoptētāja vai citas personas atvaļinājumiem. Darbā arī tiek aplūkotas viendzimuma pāru tiesības šādās situācijās, kā arī tiek pētīts ārvalstu regulējums saistībā ar jaunajiem vecākiem un viņu iespējām. Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēti Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, Eiropas Savienības normatīvie akti, kā arī Latvijas un ārvalstu tiesu prakse. The Bachelor thesis “ Problems of Employing of Pregnant Women and Parents of newborn children aspects in Labour Law" deals with the issues that newborn child parents have to face and the opportunities for parents before and after the birth of a child. The paper provides an overview of the State aid provided in case of maternity or parental leave and the leave to father of a child, adopters and other persons. The thesis also examines the rights of same-sex couples in such situations, as well as studies the foreign legal framework for new parents and their opportunities. The Bachelor thesis analyzes the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia, the legislation of the European Union, as well as Latvian and foreign case-law.
